Description
The same washed Cauca lot we sell whole, ground to order for cone and basket filters. We grind on a flat-burr mill the morning a batch ships, which is as close to fresh as ground coffee gets without a grinder on your counter.
The setting sits at medium-fine — right for a cone, a wave dripper or a home drip machine, too fine for a cafetiere and far too coarse for espresso. If a cafetiere is what you own, take the whole bean bag instead and we will not argue with you.
In the cup: cocoa, plum and brown sugar, medium roast, sweet enough to drink black. Use 15 g to 250 ml at 94 °C and rinse the paper before you brew.
Ground, 250 g, valve bag with the roast date on the back. Ground coffee stales faster than whole bean, so use it inside three weeks of opening.
