Description
Five knitted microfibre wipes, 40 by 40 cm, for the jobs where a paper towel leaves fibres behind: the steam wand, the drip tray, the outside of a glass server. The knit is tight enough not to snag on a portafilter lug or on the corner of a group gasket.
Two are dyed dark for the wand and three light for the bench, so the milk cloth and the counter cloth never get mixed up. Wash them at 60 °C without softener, which is what stops the fibres absorbing.
