Description
A stovetop gooseneck kettle with a counterweighted handle and a slow, steady spout. The pour rate tops out around 6 ml per second, which is exactly what you want for blooming — it is much easier to pour slowly than to pretend a standard kettle can.
The lid thermometer reads from 40 to 100 °C, so you can catch the water at 92 instead of boiling and guessing. Works on gas, electric, and induction hobs.
Brushed stainless body with a matte black handle and knob. Holds a true litre to the fill line — enough for two large pour-overs back to back. The lid seats with a light click and stays put at a full tilt, so the last of the water goes where you aimed it.
