Dosing Ring 58 mm

Description

A short collar that sits on the rim of a 58 mm basket while you grind, so the dose lands in the basket instead of on the bench. Lift it away and whatever caught on the wall falls in with it.

Six magnets in the underside hold it against a stainless basket firmly enough to survive a knock from the grinder chute, and it still comes off with a thumb. The inner wall is machined smooth, which is why the last gram slides down rather than clinging to the ring.

Turned from one piece of aluminium, 15 mm tall, with a bevelled top edge that guides the grind inward. The silver anodised finish does not mark when it lands on a steel bench.

Wipe it with a dry cloth. It does not need washing, and a wet ring is a ring the grounds stick to.
