Description

The bigger sibling of our standard hand grinder: 48 mm conical burrs, a 40 g hopper and a 140 mm crank that gives you enough leverage to get through a dose without leaning on the counter. Brushed stainless throughout.

Adjustment is external, 36 clicks per rotation at about 15 microns each, so you can move between filter and espresso and come back to exactly the setting you left. A magnetic catch cup replaces the threaded jar, which is a quarter turn instead of six.

Grinding 18 g of medium-roast beans at an espresso setting takes about 35 seconds; for filter it is closer to 20. The burr set is replaceable and we keep spares in stock rather than selling you a new grinder.

Strip it down with the supplied hex key, brush the burrs, and put it back together in under two minutes. Keep water away from the bearings.
