A flat-burr electric grinder built around a slow-turning 60 mm burr set. Running the burrs at low speed keeps the grounds cool, which matters more than most spec sheets admit — heat is what turns a bright Kenyan into a flat one.

Sixty stepped settings cover everything from moka pot to cold brew. The dose timer repeats your last setting to the tenth of a second, and the anti-static chute drops the grounds into the catch bin instead of scattering them over your counter.

The burr chamber opens without tools, so a weekly brush-out takes about a minute. Spare burrs and the silicone chute liner are stocked as parts — this is a grinder meant to be repaired, not replaced.
