Description
A cezve for Turkish coffee, spun from stainless steel with a long handle that keeps your hand away from the flame. The wide base narrows towards the rim, which is what builds the foam people brew this way for.
Two heaped spoons of coffee ground to powder, cold water up to the neck, and a low flame. Lift the pot the moment the foam climbs, let it settle, then return it once. Pour the foam out first and share it between the cups.
Holds 350 ml, which is two small cups with room for the foam to rise. Rinse it warm and dry it by hand; the steel keeps its shine for years as long as it never meets a dishwasher tablet.
